如何转出万网，新网，中资源，新网互联，时代互联内的国际域名！

一兄弟在网家发的帖子，感觉对付无良注册商很有用就转过来吧。

我在59互联注册了两个域名，一个是新网渠道的一个是万网渠道的。要过期了，联系客服转出国外，客服的要求如下:
1、续费1年。
2、复印域名证书，身份证复印件等材料邮寄到万网。
3、教手续费50元。

你爷爷的。

我和她周旋很多次，还不让。只好去ICANN投诉。具体步骤。
1、先去该地址投诉:http://reports.internic.net/cgi/registrars/problem-report.cgi
上面填好后，选择下面的Transfer Problems

2。在下面的文本框“Please submit one issue per complaint:”这样写:（把域名改成你自己的，把net。cn改成你的注册商）

第一种：

Dear ICANN:
I got a problem while I was trying to transfer my domain name 5vip.com who asked me to pay an unreasonable handlingfee RMB50.

As far as I know transfer of domain name is not required to pay any fees however the company kept asking me to pay that fee or mydomain name will be trapped in their company which seemed a cheating company.
I therefore seek your help for the issue。 Thanks.
(I could even provide the chatting record for your investigation bye mail.)

第二种：

Hello,
I registered my domain 域名 at 注册商. I am not satisfied with their service and I want to transfer my domain to other companies.
I can’t find any place on their site to get my Auth-Info code. Followed their FAQ, I found they require a paper form to be filled and mailed to their office with a hard copy of my official personal photo ID or/and passport. I feel very uncomfortable about this. I don’t think they have the authority to check my personal id and keep a hard copy, it contains lot of my privacy info. I believe this requirement is against both ICANN policy and local law.

3、过不久后，ICANN就会给你发e-mail，记住你上面填写的e-mail必须是你转出域名的whois中的e-mail。

4、不过多久后万网乖乖给我发出转移密码了。

5、转出后，万网还发来确认邮寄，不要理他就OK了。

其实域名转出就是免费了，国内IDC太黑，还有语言问题，认为我们不会投诉，现在大家都知道了，以后不要花冤枉钱了。
